75 minutes — $325
This visit is ideal when you have a defined issue—such as a recent injury, pain in one area, or targeted question—and are looking for clarity and next steps.

For complex or long-standing concerns
120 minutes — $495
Designed for patients with more complex presentations, including overlapping symptoms or conditions affecting multiple areas of life.
This visit allows us to step back, look at the full picture, and build a thoughtful, individualized plan.

Ongoing care and plan refinement
45 minutes — $195
Follow-up visits are used to monitor progress, adjust your plan, and continue building toward meaningful improvement.

For continuity of care or more in-depth reassessment
60 minutes — $195 (limited availability)
These visits are recommended in select situations, including care transitions or when additional time is needed for reassessment and planning. We will guide you if this is the right fit.
