90 minutes — starting at $495
Designed for patients with more complex presentations, including overlapping symptoms or conditions affecting multiple areas of life.
This visit allows us to step back, look at the full picture, and build an individualized plan.

For a specific concern with a focused evaluation and treatment plan
60 minutes — $325This visit is ideal when you have a defined issue—such as a recent injury, pain in one area, or a targeted question—and are looking for clarity and next steps. It is also a good fit for patients looking to establish care for osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT).

Ongoing care and plan refinement
45 minutes — $225
Follow-up visits are used to monitor progress, adjust your plan, and continue building toward meaningful improvement.

This visit combines physician evaluation with same-day EMG/NCS testing, often allowing diagnosis and treatment planning in a single visit.

New patient evaluation: 75 minutes — $325
Follow-up visit: 45 minutes — $225This visit is ideal if you are looking for a hands-on approach to pain, stiffness, restricted movement, or other musculoskeletal concerns.

Procedure Visits
Dry needling — $95
Trigger point injections — $125
Ultrasound-guided injections — $175
These rates apply to standalone procedure visits. When a procedure is performed during another scheduled visit, a reduced add-on rate may apply depending on the procedure, timing, and complexity.
Designed for patients seeking targeted treatment for myofascial pain, nerve irritation, or related musculoskeletal concerns.
Standalone visits will address symptom relief and may also address movement patterns, muscle activation, and contributing biomechanical or neurologic factors as appropriate.
Many new patients begin with a Focused Evaluation, while those with more complex or long-standing concerns may benefit from a Comprehensive Evaluation.
